Benton County health officials and Oregon State University recently announced a policy regarding face coverings and vaccination requirements for events and activities that you can read here.  We are committed to following the directions of the Oregon Health Authority, Benton County Health Department and other health professionals to take the safety precautions necessary for a positive game day experience for our fans. We’ve created a fan FAQ document that we encourage you to read that should answer questions you may have. Between now and game day, we will continue to communicate policies and procedures as they become finalized.

The following policies apply to all home ticketed Oregon State Athletics events, including football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, gymnastics, wrestling, men's soccer, volleyball, women's soccer and softball.

Clear Bag Policy

As an additional security measure and to provide our fans a more consistent and efficient entry process, Oregon State Athletics has implemented a clear bag policy for all ticketed athletic events. For more information on Oregon State Athletic's Clear Bag Policy, visit the Clear Bag FAQ.

Approved Items

In an effort to better communicate and enforce approved and prohibited items, Oregon State has elected to provide fans with an approved items list. Items not included on this list are prohibited within the facility. Fans are encouraged to bring only necessary items to games. All guests and items are subject to search. The purpose of restricting items to those listed below is to ensure safety and the lack of significant disruption, as well as to create a welcoming environment for fans of all ages and a supportive environment for all student-athletes.

Reser Key Locations

Bag Check
A bag check is available for non-allowed bags and/or items.  Bag check locations are located at Gill Coliseum across from Gate D and at Gate G (under ramp).  Please note that items such as food, drinks and weapons cannot be checked at the bag check area. Bag Check opens at 90 minutes prior to kick-off and stays open 30 minutes after the game ends. Items left at bag check will be treated as lost and found.

Sales/Will Call
Sales/Will Call is located at Gate H and opens three hours prior to kickoff through the end of halftime (1-800-GO-BEAVS is open during same hours). Reprints are $5 per ticket. High School coaches pick-up at Gate H beginning 90 minutes prior. Recruits may pick up credentials at the Gill Coliseum ticket office two priors to kickoff. Non-premium gates open 90 minutes prior.

Concessions
Concessions available on concourse levels featuring traditional game-day fare as well as Qdoba and Dutch Bros. For Toyota Club Level ticket holders, the options include GridIron Grill, Qdoba, Club 67 and Hail Mary's. You can also find great pregame eats at the Beaver Block Party outside the stadium. Dutch Bros has a permanent concession location on the south side concourse.

Merchandise
Merchandise is available in three locations at Reser Stadium. Locations include east concourse by section 118, the west concourse by section 10, and the Toyota Club Level (requires a Toyota Club level ticket). 

Lost & Found
During the game, Lost and Found can be located in the Reser Stadium Operations Center located on the east concourse by Section 111.

On non-gamedays, fans can pick up lost items in Gill Coliseum room 147, located in the northeast corner of the first floor.

  • After two weeks, OSU Athletics will turn over lost and found items to following University departments:

The Terrace
Terrace season ticket holders and single game purchasers enter through the gate located on the East side of Reser Stadium to the North of the visiting team ramp.

Orange Pass holders MUST HAVE A GAME TICKET and can enter through any gate but will need to exchange the Orange Pass for a wristband upon crossing either the East or West side bridge before entering the Terrace.

Toyota Club
A tailgating atmosphere indoors; great food, adult beverages, and games from across the nation on a new LED video screen. Opening 90 minutes prior to kickoff, this is a private area for Toyota Club, Loge, and Suite holders.

Event Information

The Terrace
The Terrace at Reser Stadium features the best of Oregon craft beers and wines. Access to the Terrace is via one of two ways: a Terrace ticket, or an Orange Pass. Orange Pass holders will not have a seat in the Terrace, but are allowed to stay in the 13,000-square foot area to enjoy everything the spacious area has to offer. Oversized lawn games and televisions are available in this space. All orange pass holders must have a game ticket as well to gain access to the Terrace.

Family Zone
A family friendly section of Reser Stadium is available in sections 124-126 for $155 per season ticket (46 percent discount). This area includes the new Benny’s Lodge, located on the concourse, with three sections, including games for kids ranging from toddlers, to ages 4-8 and 9-12. There are kid friendly and healthy menu options at the closest concession stand, as well an area to check in strollers and baby break rooms. Benny Beaver and the spirit squad will make regular appearances to the area. More information on the Family Section can be found here or by calling (541) 737-2050.

Tailgating

Come join the tailgate atmosphere at Reser Stadium and Oregon State University. Tailgating activities are restricted to parking lots.  Alcoholic beverages and open alcoholic containers are prohibited on sidewalks and outside of approved lots. University policy and law enforcement prohibit open containers from being transported beyond permitted tailgating areas. Tailgating is permitted prior to home football games at Reser Stadium in accordance with the following policies:

Alcohol
Individuals wishing to tailgate prior to a football game and serve non-bulk alcoholic beverages may do so only in parking areas other than those designated by signage as closed to tailgating. Food and non-alcoholic beverages must be available.

No kegs or other bulk dispensing of alcoholic beverages are permitted in the parking areas without prior approval and registration in accordance with the process and requirements described in Oregon State University's alcohol policy (576-060-0035). The Vice President for Finance and Administration may designate specific areas in parking areas in which any approved kegs or bulk dispensing must be located
Alcoholic beverages provided from kegs or bulk dispensing at group or individually sponsored events may not be served after the close of halftime of football games.

Any person violating this policy may be subject to disciplinary action and to removal from the premises as provided in Oregon State University alcohol policy (576-060-0039).

Grilling/Open Flame Activities
BBQ’s shall be attended at all times and shall be completely extinguished prior to leaving unattended.

A method of extinguishment shall be present when a BBQ fire is active. This can include serviceable fire extinguisher or large jug of water.

BBQ’s shall occur inside an approved appliance.

Briquettes and ashes shall be removed from site.

No Open Flames or BBQ’s allowed in the Parking Structure, including the roof

Sales/Will Call
Sales/Will Call is located at the center of the main entry doors of Gill Collisem.  These windows open 60 minutes prior to the start of the event through the end of halftime (1-800-GO-BEAVS is open during Men’s Basketball games only; if an event occurs within business hours, Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, the phone line will be available)

Sales/Will Call Hours of Operation

  • 2 hours prior to game time until the end of halftime (Men’s & Women’s basketball)
  • 1 hour prior to game time until the end of the second match (Volleyball)
  • 1 hour prior to meet time until the end of the second rotation (Gymnastics)
  • 1 hour prior to meet time until the end of the 5th weight class (Wrestling)

Merchandise
Merchandise is available at the OSU Beaver Store located across 26th street from Gill Colliseum.

Sales/Will Call
Sales/ Will Call is located between gates 4 & 5. These windows will open 2 hours prior to first pitch, and remain open until either the fifth inning, or two hours after first pitch. If an event occurs within business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm, 1-800-GO-Beavs will be available.

Hours of Operation

  • 2 hours prior to first pitch until the end of the 5th inning or two hours after first pitch whichever occurs first

Merchandise
Baseballism, a baseball lifestyle brand based out of Portland, has partnered with Oregon State University Athletics. As their first collegiate partner, special apparel can be found inside Goss Stadium on the banners deck during all regular season home games. General Admission
General admission ticket-holder may now access all of Goss Stadium's amenities, including restrooms, concessions and merchandise. However, general admission tickets allow for seating in GA areas only and must enter through the General Admission gate.

Event Information

Postponements/Rain Delays

Every effort will be made to replay a rained-out or postponed game. If a game is postponed (i.e. due to inclement weather) you may use your ticket to attend the rescheduled game. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will be honored for the new date and time of the event. For the most up to date information on rain delays, follow @BeaverBaseball on Twitter. All ticket purchasers will be sent an email from the ticket office with details of rescheduled games.

Lost & Found
Lost and Found items will be held at bag check at Goss Stadium, located between gates 1 & 2 by the Omaha Room Entrance. Items left in bag check will remain there until the end of the weekend series.
