How do I get into an event with my SQUAD membership?

Prior to the event, SQUAD members will receive a text message alerting them their ticket is ready to accept. Tap the link in the text and log in with the email address you used to join SQUAD and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into events.

What if I lose the text message with my tickets?

If you can't access your SQUAD ticket for an event via text message, simply visit OSUSQUAD.com on your iPhone or Android device and tap the “Accept” button in the main menu. Additionally, you can email questions to listen@expapp.com at any time to receive a timely support response.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes. Up to four (4) SQUAD members can join together as a SQUADron. Each SQUADron must have one (1) SQUAD Leader, who will receive tickets and distribute to SQUADron members.

How do I setup my SQUADron?

After you join SQUAD, go to setup.OSUSQUAD.com to setup your SQUADron. Please enter your name and email that you used to purchase. Also, identify your SQUAD Leader, which could be yourself, and then identity up to three (3) other SQUAD members. You cannot change your SQUADron once it is set.

How does the SQUAD Leader distribute tickets to their SQUADron?

The SQUAD Leader will receive a text message alerting them all the tickets for the SQUADron are ready to accept. Once the SQUAD Leader accepts the tickets, they can distribute a ticket to each SQUAD Member. Simply tap the SEND button located below the barcode and send the link to each SQUAD Member. If attending the event together, SQUAD members can enter the event with all the tickets on the SQUAD Leader’s mobile device.

Am I allowed to enter a venue before I receive my seat location for that game?

Yes! Your barcode will allow you access into a venue, even before your seat location for that game is assigned.

What do I do if I need ADA seating?

We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to Guest Services in the venue, and inform them that you are a SQUAD member and need an ADA seat. You will still need the SQUAD barcodes to enter the venue, and need to accept your seats in the app.

Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?

SQUAD is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets.

Which phones are supported?

SQUAD is supported by iPhones and Android phones.

Can I use an iPod touch?

No, we only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods.

Can I purchase a SQUAD membership if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?

Not at this time.

Are SQUAD memberships refundable?

We're sorry, like other Oregon State Athletics tickets, all SQUAD memberships are non-refundable. 

Can I buy a SQUAD membership for only a few months?

SQUAD memberships are annual commitments, but can be paid monthly. 

Can I sell my SQUAD ticket for games that I do not attend?

No, memberships are non-transferable.

Can I share my SQUAD ticket with someone else?

Tickets cannot be shared.
