Unity and Cohesion
Wayne Tinkles coaching staff has been on his staff an average of five years each. The longest serving staff member under is Coach Rupp, who has been on Coach Tinkle's staff since 2012. That type of continuity brings unity and cohesion among a coaching staff, and is incredibly rare in college basketball.
